But I&#39;ve been studying Mariology all semester, and maybe she has been preparing me herself. <br /><br />Besides...it&#39;s fitting: I&#39;ve been to the Basilica in Mexico City twice, unfortunately wasn&#39;t a practicing Catholic at the time, but still, she struck a chord in me both times. I was struggling to know God...but my Mother was right there.<br /><br />Perhaps when I renew the consecration I&#39;ll backtrack and properly do all the prep. All in God&#39;s time.<br /><br />All I can do right now is crack the door open. And in our waiting and reflection we try to find that movement, that rhythm of our own. This Saturday I re-consecrate to Jesus Through Mary on the Feast of OUr Lady of Guadalupe.
